You retain all ownership rights in content you submit. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your submitted content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
4. Third-Party Intellectual Property
The platform may include references, links, or integrated tools from third parties. All third-party trademarks, service marks, product names, and company names or logos referenced on the platform remain the property of their respective owners. Such references do not imply any endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship by Busatemor.
Busatemor does not claim ownership over third-party content and is not responsible for the intellectual property practices of third-party websites or services that may be linked from our platform.
5. Copyright Infringement Claims

Upon receipt of a valid infringement notice, Busatemor will take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing content, notifying the user who posted the content, and in appropriate cases, terminating the accounts of repeat infringers.
6. Counter-Notices
If you believe that content you posted was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notice to our contact address above. Your counter-notice must include your contact information, identification of the removed content and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
7. Repeat Infringers
Busatemor maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to make this determination at our sole discretion.
8. Software and Technology
Any software made available through the platform is proprietary to Busatemor or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the software solely to access our services. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our software, and you may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software unless expressly permitted by applicable law.
